Operation of terminals

Wholesale trade, short-term and long-term storage and warehousing of light oil products (petrol, diesel and petroleum gas)

“Okseta” currently operates four oil product terminals in Kaunas, Kėdainiai, Panevėžys and Marijampolė.

The terminals are used to provide our customers with petroleum products, as well as oil products handling and storage services in terminal tanks.

All terminals provide storage and additive mixing-in services for bio-based components and multifunctional additives. Our warehouses for excise goods are open for customers’ sale and purchase procedures.

Services provided by oil terminals:

  • Receipt, storage and dispensing of oil products and additives;
  • Additives mixing-in to oil products;
  • Services of oil product storage and additive mixing-in for bio-based components and multifunctional additives.
  • Short-term and long-term storage and handling of oil products (petrol and diesel) for businesses;
  • Transfer of light oil products from railway tankers to storage tanks.
  • Receiving and loading oil products from and onto tankers;
  • Determining oil products quality parameters;
  • Oil products blending;
  • Fuel quality monitoring;
  • Accounting, document preparation and other services oil products received, stored and dispensed at the terminal.

We handle the following oil products at our terminals:

  • Various types of diesel fuel;
  • Various types of petrol and its components;
  • Biofuels and their components;
  • Car gas.

About our oil tanks

  • The oil storage tank park consists of 71 tanks with a total volume of approximately 95 730 m3;
  • The gas storage tank park consists of 23 tanks with a total volume of approximately 3 420 m3;
  • The exteriors of all oil terminal tanks are coated with heat-reflective paint complying with LAND 35-2000;
  • The bottom of all tanks is coated with oil-resistant paints to maintain not only the quality of the oil products in the tanks, but also the protection of surrounding environment;
  • Some of the tanks are equipped with floating pontoons to reduce evaporation of petroleum products and environmental pollution.
